About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Training Coordinator to join our team at Egis Road Operation UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Administration: Provide effective and timely administration in support of training activities, ensuring that relevant training is booked and delivered.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and administer CITB levy/claim with our business partners, liaise with internal and external training providers, and book training venues when required.
  • Training Records: Update, develop, and maintain accurate and comprehensive training records, and extract, consolidate, and manipulate learning and development data for regular reports and on request.
  • Financial Administration: Raise POs, receipt orders, and resolve invoice queries, and maintain the training financial database.
  • Compliance and Quality: Monitor qualification expiry dates to ensure that renewals take place in good time, and continue to develop and improve current systems to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Business Operations: Support the delivery of business operations, including ad hoc project work as required, and contribute to the development of business processes and procedures.
