About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Reception and Administration Specialist to join our team at a successful law firm in Highgate, North London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring a smooth operation of the office.
  • Greet clients professionally and offer refreshments before meetings.
  • Handle mainline calls and new inquiries efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the solicitors' team by utilizing our case management system for client invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Prepare and dispatch property deeds to clients, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of client files using Microsoft Excel.
  • Address maintenance queries with suppliers or the Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
