Job Title: Senior Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker

Nurse Seekers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of children
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an OFSTED-regulated children\u0027s home
  • Strong understanding of child development and behaviour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins
