About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Perimeter Aviation LP. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance control system and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance control system, ensuring all aspects are met to support dispatch of the aircraft
  • Plan and issue work packages to approved AMOs to comply with maintenance schedules, airworthiness limitations, and deferred defects
  • Generate tolerance requests as needed and research aircraft maintenance requirements for efficient and cost-effective work plans
  • Collaborate with aircraft scheduling, materials management, and maintenance bases to coordinate future maintenance activities
  • Participate in repeat snag, heavy maintenance, and reliability meetings, and work with Fleet Managers to implement modifications and snag rectification
  • Perform line and heavy maintenance planning activities as assigned, and liaise with outside MROs for contracted maintenance
  • Monitor completed work for verification and support long-term heavy maintenance planning schedules
  • Work with the technical records department to provide scheduling and QC support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
  • Valid AME (M1 or M2) license considered an asset, with preference given to candidates with DHC-8 endorsement and/or SA-226/227 experience
  • Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
Working Conditions
  • Physically able to perform all listed job duties, with travel by aircraft and other means as required
  • Work performed primarily in an office environment
