Maintenance Controller and Program Supervisor

Air Tindi Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Maintenance Controller and Program Supervisor. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting and planning maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinating with technicians and supply chain to ensure necessary resources are available
  • Managing training syllabus, scheduling, and completion for the maintenance department
  • Overseeing technical publications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Onboarding new personnel and ensuring a smooth transition into the team
  • Collaborating with the Director of Maintenance, Production Manager, and Travel Coordinator to manage crew scheduling
  • Providing support with Safety Management related topics and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous aviation experience considered an asset
  • Previous supervisor experience considered an asset
  • Highly motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual who thrives under pressure
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
