About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Sustainment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with additional requirements to sustain their tenancies and live well.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone with extensive knowledge and experience in delivering one-to-one support to individuals dealing with vulnerabilities such as fuel and food poverty, mental ill health, and physical and financial difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships of trust with residents, advising and empowering them to achieve their goals. Activities will include carrying out comprehensive assessments of residents' circumstances and supporting them to complete action plans that address all immediate, medium- and long-term needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering one-to-one support to individuals with vulnerabilities.
  • Able to adopt a needs-led approach to develop solution-focused interventions with holistic support assessments and action plans.
  • Experience in caseload management and monitoring.
  • A passion for making a real difference in the lives of MTVH residents and communities.

Salary: £40,915 per annum

Location: South and South London
