Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all new site induction procedures, ensuring that all bookings are made within the relevant time frames and all policies are followed.
- Supporting and working closely with the Resourcing Team, proactively induct all operators, ensuring they are prepared for their placements on projects, aligning their skills profiles to fulfil demand.
- Ensure that all administration relating to inductions are accurate, follow all procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- A genuine team player and the drive to succeed in all tasks.
- Previous experience managing subcontractor and operative workforces.
- Solid organisational skills - attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office.
Benefits:

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
