Patient Service Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Assistant to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients in our busy hospital.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by facilitating their nutrition and hydration needs.
As a Patient Service Assistant, you will provide menus, take orders from patients, and support with all dietary and allergen queries.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering all refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and clearing down ward areas and washing up dirty dishes.
Liaising with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely manner is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, and be able to work under pressure as part of a team.
