Job Title: Academic Mentor for Secondary Education

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at EdEx. As an Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students in achieving academic excellence from Year 7 to 13.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide academic support to students in all core subjects, including English and Maths
* Work with teachers to relay subject material to students
* Support students with SEND/SEMH needs
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies

Requirements:

* A 2:1 or 1st Class Degree in a relevant subject
* Previous experience working with children, including those with SEND/SEMH needs
* Strong academics across the board, including good A-Levels and GCSEs
