Opportunity Overview

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to work as an Academic Mentor, providing support and guidance to students across various subjects, including Maths, Science, English, and Humanities.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge, with opportunities for professional growth and potentially pursuing a teaching career in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1-2-1 and group interventions to raise student attainment
  • Support students in KS3, KS4, and KS5, both within and outside the classroom
  • Assist with exam preparation and revision sessions
  • Provide targeted interventions for SEN students
  • Aid students with university applications, including Oxbridge interviews
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, preferably a 1st Class or 2:1 graduate from a top University
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
