We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Children's Residential team in Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young people, while also contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services.
Requirements
  • Experience in a residential care setting, preferably with children and young people.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on positive outcomes for our young people.
