Charity Finance Transformation Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our charity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance to support our growth and development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and expertise to our team, driving innovation and improvement in our financial operations.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £47,500 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the role:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the charity's growth and development.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to senior management and the board of trustees.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to charity governance and financial reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, funders, and external partners.
Requirements:
A recognised finance qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the charity sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
