Financial Controller

St Peter's Charity is a small, independent charity with a rich history dating back to 1861. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals from all walks of life.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the charity, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial systems and processes. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be a warm and approachable individual who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a small team environment and be able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
