Financial Controller

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the AH Divisional Controller and AH Divisional Financial Reporting & Consolidation Accountant to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant PQE and solid education credentials.
- Background in practice or industry, with experience in financial controls and reporting.
- Technical proficiency in US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
