We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:- Provide nursing and care delivery services within the care home.
- Supervise staff to ensure care is delivered according to individual care plans.
- Perform clinical skills such as venepuncture, PEGs, suctioning, and syringe drivers.
- Verify deaths and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Hourly rate of £20.00 per hour.
- 45 hours per week, with paid handover time.
- Colleague rates at our client's hotels.
- 50% off food and drinks at their hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
- Employee recognition awards and annual care awards.
- Access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme.
- Be a registered RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN.
- Have clinical skills experience, including venepuncture, PEGs, suctioning, and syringe drivers.
- Possess a professional, diligent, empathic, and reliable work ethos.
- Preferably have previous experience working in a care home or similar setting.
