Assessment Centre Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our assessment team as a Functional Assessor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough medical assessments of individuals with various health conditions and making informed decisions about their capacity for work.

As a Functional Assessor, you will be required to gather information about patients' medical history, perform physical examinations, and assess their functional abilities. You will use your expertise and knowledge to make objective decisions, taking into account their medical condition, symptoms, and any relevant diagnostic tests or investigations.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong observational and analytical skills. You should also be able to work efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic, and be fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body. A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre is also essential.

Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum (OTE: £45,650). Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, reimbursement of registration fees, paid day off for volunteering, comprehensive benefits package, and discounts on retail, social activities, health, travel, and tech.
