Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead a team of high-performing Department Managers to achieve outstanding results for the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the General Manager and other Shift Managers to develop and implement strategies that ensure the site meets its KPI targets.
  • Quality and Safety: Promote a workplace culture focused on safety and quality, ensuring that operations are ethically compliant and creating a work environment that is truly a 'brilliant place to work'.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the site's continuous improvement program by consistently identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance standards, ensuring full stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance Management: Take clear accountability for achieving all KPIs for your shift in coordination with the Site Leadership team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing teams within a Food, Manufacturing, or FMCG factory environment.
  • Skills: Solutions-focused, adept at handling a complex and demanding workload, strong clear communicator, skilled at balancing priorities and making timely, effective decisions to meet customer needs.
