{"Job Title": "General Practitioner", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary care services, including clinical responsibilities, patient education, and health promotion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical care to patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
* Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
* Provide counselling and health education
* Admit or discharge patients to and from the caseload and referring to other care providers as appropriate
* Record clear consultation notes to agreed standards
* Collect data for audit purposes
* Comply and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions
* Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary
* Undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care

**Person Specification:**

* Essential: Experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions and patient demographics, experience in multidisciplinary team working, strong clinical skills, commitment to providing high-quality care, ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Desirable: Evidence of independent working in General Practice, experience of supporting service change, teaching of GP Reg/F2/Medical students/Clinical Practitioners, accredited GP Registrar trainer or F2 Supervisor, evidence of participation in QOF

**Qualifications:**

* Essential: A medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register, qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of Completion of Training CCT), currently on a CCG Performers list, DBS clearance, evidence of time-relevant revalidation/appraisal cycle
* Desirable: Evidence of further postgraduate educational activities in relevant fields, MRCGP DCH DRCOG F2 supervisor training/teaching diploma
