Job Summary

Theatre Practitioner | Scrub | Anaesthetics | Bank | The Montefiore Hospital

Spire Montefiore Hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join their Theatre Team on a Bank basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in scrubbing for consultant-led surgeries, including orthopaedics, cosmetics, gynaecology, and ENT.
  • Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Develop care plans tailored to individual patients, considering care pathways, perioperative risks, and patient well-being.

Job Requirements

  • Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse.
  • Experience in anaesthetics.
  • NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions on your PIN.
  • Orthopaedic experience is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of scrub experience.
  • Employed in a surgical/Theatre setting.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
