Perioperative Surgical Practitioner - Scrub | Full Time - 37.5hrs per week | Permanent Role | Hove | Comprehensive Benefits |

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Perioperative Surgical Practitioner – Scrub, to enhance our dedicated Theatre team.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in scrubbing for a variety of consultant-led surgical procedures, encompassing diverse complexities and specialties, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, gynaecology, and ENT. Evaluate patients' health and well-being across a dynamic and intricate caseload. Formulate care plans tailored to individual patients, considering their care pathways, perioperative risks, and overall well-being.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must be a qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse. Experience in anaesthetics is essential. Hold a valid NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions. Prior experience in orthopaedics is highly advantageous. Minimum of 2 years of scrub experience is required. Previous employment in a surgical/Theatre environment is necessary. Candidates should be highly motivated and accustomed to working in a challenging yet rewarding setting.

Working Hours: Full Time 37.5hrs per week over 4 days, including on-call duties, from Monday to Saturday.

Contract Type: Permanent
