About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the veterinary care of our racing horses, including providing clinical care, collaborating with our support team, and developing and implementing care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services: Providing high-quality veterinary services to our racing horses, including routine check-ups, medical treatment, and preventative care.
  • Support Team Collaboration: Working closely with our support team to ensure the health and well-being of our horses, including communication, training, and development.
  • Care Management: Developing and implementing veterinary care plans for individual horses, taking into account their unique needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A veterinary degree and relevant experience in equine care, preferably in a racing practice or similar environment.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
