About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team and drive revenue growth across all service offerings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting them into significant revenue streams.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a proven track record of success in selling and a genuine drive to deliver results both individually and as part of a team. You will be able to communicate effectively with senior management, both internally and externally, and possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales life cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to the sales process.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify high-quality leads and opportunities through targeted origination activities for all products and services, using various channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.
  • Cross-sell EQ Customer Resolutions products and services to EQ clients.
Requirements
  • Proven success in selling with demonstrable records of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Natural ability to analyze sales targets and achievements.
  • Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrable planning and organizing skills.
