Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage route efficiency and optimize vehicle utilization to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate driver availability and coverage to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including payroll processing, disposal information input, and vehicle management.
  • Supervise vehicle availability and ensure drivers complete daily checks in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:
  • Ability to supervise teams remotely and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent man management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
