We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations department at our Head Office in London on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from production to the end customer, ensuring efficient supply to all channels. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work with external suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations with Global 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Liaise with freight forwarding partners to book and monitor shipments, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
  • Assess and optimize transport methods and partners to maximize cost efficiency while meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all business requirements are met in a cost-effective manner.
  • Review and produce import and export documentation to ensure customs compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain system inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory levels.
