Experienced SEMH Educator

We are proud to partner with Stoke-on-Trent City Council to provide educational support for vulnerable children. Our ideal candidate is a QTS holder with 6 months of SEND/SEMH experience, flexible to cover classes at short notice due to staff sickness or training.
Key Responsibilities- Cover classes as needed, using pre-planned lessons where possible
- Adapt tasks to meet individual children's needs
- Maintain effective behaviour management skills
- Communicate effectively with internal staff
