Senior Commercial Advisor

Expro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Advisor to join our Business Development and Sales team in Aberdeen.
Job SummaryThe Senior Commercial Advisor will play a key role in improving profitability and enhancing competitive advantage by accessing optimum contract rates and commercial terms with new and existing clients across the Europe and Sub-Sahara Region.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and be responsible for all Commercial Quotations being issued to customers across the region.
- Receive all Request for Quotations (RFQs), acknowledge their receipt, and log them onto both the Bid Enquiry Log and Salesforce.
- Prepare forecasts of project P&L (Bid Evaluation Report) and analysis to support pricing decisions.
- Support with other Bid Evaluation Reports and business cases within the Region as required.
- Ensure that the preparation and submission of Bid Evaluation Reports for approval are undertaken in a timely manner and in compliance with company DOA.
- Liaise with relevant Sales or Client Account Managers and formulate RFQ responsibility matrices.
- Liaise with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other appropriate internal departments for the area of responsibility.
- Coordinate timely responses from designated parties for inclusion into RFQ documents.
- Compile Commercial quotations and submit to Clients complete with relevant signatures/documentation. Ensure document content is accurate, visually appealing, delivered to rigid deadlines, and in compliance with BD QMS.
- Guide the Commercial Analyst responsible for Quotations to maintain a Quotation archive and register.
- Generate Monthly Business Development Reports and supervise month-end OBL report/analysis which will be performed by the Commercial Analyst for ESSA.
- Conduct Revenue Assurance and BER Audit for the Region as required.
- Present monthly the quotations raised and how pricing is being uplifted through the BER process.
- Supervise the Commercial Analyst and offer guidance where required.
- Research and liaise with Treasury Compliance to report on the fiscal probity of clients new to Expro.
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained, minimizing exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation. Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure colleagues are aware of Expro's compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
- Degree or professional qualification preferable - Finance or Economic related.
- Previous working experience in a related commercial proposal type role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and XAIT Porter systems would be an advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
