Vetisco is looking for a skilled and caring Equine Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our Cambridge Beehive Vets4Pets practice. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with clients and their pets to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with the practice team.

About You

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has excellent communication skills. As an Equine Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing guidance and support, and coordinating the smooth running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, pets, and the practice team.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients.
  • Manage payments and future bookings efficiently.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
