Job Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Clinical Veterinarian to join our team in First Opinion Equine Practice at Cambridge Equine, University of Cambridge.


As a senior member of the equine veterinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services and teaching to final-year vet students as part of their equine clinical rotations.


Our ambulatory services cover a 40-mile radius, backed by world-class clinic facilities, including a new indoor menage, treatment rooms, and full-surgical facilities.


You will work closely with our equine RVNs, experienced techs, and specialists in anaesthesia and radiology.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide clinical equine general practice services to the Department of Veterinary Medicine.
  • Teach final-year vet students as part of their equine clinical rotations.
  • Work closely with the Principal Clinical Veterinarian in Equine General Practice.
  • Contribute to the teaching and development of equine veterinary students.

Requirements



  • Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
  • Significant experience in equine general practice.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
