Reception Classroom Leader

Responsibilities and Expectations: As a Reception Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of Reception-age students.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' social and emotional development.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
