Early Years Foundation Stage Educator

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our school in Cambridgeshire from May 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development and foster a love for learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' participation and engagement.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record.
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
