Job Title: Classroom Learning Leader

About the Opportunity

Wayman Education is seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to lead a class of students in Year 2. As a dedicated educator, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and creative learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, QTS, and PGCE qualifications. They should also possess excellent leadership skills, be passionate about learning, and able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a class of students in Year 2
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer

A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as opportunities for professional development, a supportive working environment, and the chance to work within an Outstanding school.
