We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Radiology team as an Imaging Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will involve providing exceptional support to our Consultant Radiologists, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for medical staff and GPs, responding to queries with skill, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Coordinate requests for image exchange and processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor and process unverified lists, maintaining accurate records and adhering to departmental guidelines.
- Provide administrative support, utilizing IT systems to optimize departmental performance and meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, patients, and service users, promoting effective customer-focused communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of filing systems and IT software.
