At Whittard of Chelsea, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our B2B team at our Milton Park offices.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our B2B Sales, Commercial Planning, and Operations teams to process and schedule B2B orders, prepare reports for stakeholders, and liaise with customers. As a natural multitasker with strong Excel skills, you'll be responsible for tracking order statuses, feeding back to the B2B Sales team, and ensuring timely despatch of orders within agreed internal SLAs.

As a key member of our team, you'll also be responsible for providing the Finance Team with relevant information to raise proforma invoices and produce final financial and commercial invoices once orders have shipped. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt communication styles will be essential in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Educated to 'GCSE' standard.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Retail/B2B background and/or customer service experience.
  • Export understanding would be advantageous.
  • Be numerical, logical, and accurate with good attention to detail even under pressured environment.
  • Being structured and organised is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles.
