Fulham Pier is positioned to become the heart of the community, attracting locals, Londoners, and tourists from around the world. We offer a remarkable selection of food and drink experiences, including pop-up bars and dining events, fine dining experiences, and entertainment options such as theatre, outdoor gigs, jazz clubs, and more.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the bar staff, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations. You will also oversee beverage costs and stock levels, monitor the preparation and presentation of beverages, and conduct regular stock checks.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and guide staff. You will also require knowledge of beverage products, including wines, spirits, and cocktails, as well as experience in managing bar stock and inventory.
