Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of events coordinators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored events.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in events management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple events simultaneously.
