Paediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive Children's Occupational Therapy team on the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and families, improving occupational performance and activities of daily living.
Main Duties- Manage a defined caseload of patients using evidence-based person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and review interventions.
- Assist in the supervision of Occupational Therapy students and assistants.
- Contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside specialist therapists across other disciplines and be a key part in service development to support implementation and delivery of an effective needs-led service. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team environment, with access to excellent clinical supervision, professional development, and service development working parties.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications and current registration with HCPC.
- Current clean, full driving license.
- Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the application of quality care and evidence-based practice.
