About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to progress to a Band 6 role within our Acute setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload and undertake a lead role in assessing, treating, and discharge planning.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients with complex physical and mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current State registration with HCPC.
- Demonstrated broad knowledge and application of current best practice in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
