Job Title: Senior SEO Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO Director to join our team at RocketMill. As a Senior SEO Director, you will be responsible for leading our SEO strategy and technical SEO roadmaps for large clients. You will work closely with our senior SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic search visibility and improve our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies for large clients
* Manage a team of senior SEO experts and provide guidance and support as needed
* Collaborate with our senior SEO team to develop and implement technical SEO roadmaps
* Conduct website audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in technical SEO
* Proven track record of success in driving organic search visibility and improving website performance
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
