Job Description

A Document Controller is required to manage project documents across multiple sites for Salter Grange Ltd, based out of the Brentwood office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that design teams, site teams, and office staff have access to the most up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly manage and upload documents to the server and document management system
  • Liaise with design teams to ensure current project information is available
  • Print, organise, and distribute documents to site and office teams as required
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, revisions, and submissions
  • Ensure compliance with established document control processes and standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in document control, ideally within a construction or engineering environment
  • Familiarity with Procore software is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
