About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent provider of rehabilitation case management services. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting immediate needs assessments, proactively managing cases, and providing support to individuals with life-altering injuries.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in rehabilitation case management
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HCPC, NMC, or equivalent professional registration
