- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- A competitive annual salary up to £34,000.
- A 1,000 joining bonus, paid in instalments after 3 and 6 months of service.
- 40 and 48 hour contracts available.

- Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and build rapport and trust.
- Familiarity with KPIs and decision-making in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Ability to deliver training and recruitment for kitchen teams.
