Weekend Reception Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our reception team at Barretts BMW Ashford.
The successful candidate will possess confidence, poise, and strong customer service skills, along with excellent telephone etiquette. You will be responsible for covering extra shifts on an ad-hoc basis, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have prior experience working in a fast-paced front-of-house environment, with knowledge of switchboard systems and proficiency in MS Office, we encourage you to apply.
- Greet both service and sales customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently, handling telephone inquiries with professionalism.
- Undertake general administration duties in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Enjoy discounted servicing & parts across the Group, promoting long-term cost savings.
- Participate in annual staff social events, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is eager to grow with our team.
