The Role:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance, adhering to industry standards such as ISO13485, FDA, and MDR.
- Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management, effectively communicating project progress and expectations.
- Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including process validation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports, effectively communicating project progress and expectations.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and control.
- Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge, with experience in designing, developing, and testing medical devices.
- Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation, including creating and maintaining technical records and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems, with ability to analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
