Job Title: Medical Device Delivery Lead

Lynx Recruitment Limited is working with a world-leading optical technology provider, seeking an experienced Medical Device Delivery Lead to join their innovative optical technology company in the UK.

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in medical device manufacturing, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and international supply chain partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Oversee process validation and regulatory compliance, adhering to industry standards such as ISO13485, FDA, and MDR.
  • Drive internal/external presentations and stakeholder management, effectively communicating project progress and expectations.
  • Monitor project financials and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Project management certification (CPM, PMP, or Prince2) preferred, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and control.
  • Strong electronics and mechanics knowledge, with experience in designing, developing, and testing medical devices.
  • Experience with validation, verification, and technical documentation, including creating and maintaining technical records and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems, with ability to analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
