Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering projects, implementing Access Software for new and existing clients, and providing user training on all aspects of the workforce management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand key concepts of Workforce Management software, including leave recording processes, absence tracking, and payments.
  • Deliver projects following the Access Implementation Methodology, either on-site or remotely.
  • Proactively manage client implementations to ensure they operate within time and budget.
  • Communicate with Project Managers and clients to manage expectations and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide best practice advice based on Workforce Management industry standards, recommending process improvements for clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing consultancy/implementation role with a SAAS provider.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing is desirable but not essential.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency with customer-centered communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to clients at end-user up to C-level.
