Job Overview

Change Grow Live is a leading provider of mental health and substance misuse services. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team as an Independent Visitor for children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an Independent Visitor and develop a positive relationship with a child or young person in care.
  • Plan and participate in activities that promote the child's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help the child build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits and activities.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to regular visits (minimum 6-8 hours per month).
  • Passion for working with children and young people in care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • DBS clearance at enhanced level.

Salary: £24,000 per annum (£20.00 per hour)
