About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Physiotherapist to join our team at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW). As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering specialist assessment and management and physiotherapy service provision for service users who have complex physiotherapy needs, diverse presentations and a range of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a band 6 physiotherapist or develop into a band 6 role from a band 5 position
  • Contribute to the service development and implementation of evidence-based core pathways across community services
  • Collaborate with the clinical leads and other colleagues to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services
  • Use research, innovation, and quality improvement to drive service development

Person Specification

  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of providing physiotherapy services
