About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Physiotherapist to join our team at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW). As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering specialist assessment and management and physiotherapy service provision for service users with complex physiotherapy needs.

Main Responsibilities

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide physiotherapy services to individuals with dementia and complex, enduring mental health conditions. Your role will involve contributing to the service development and implementation of evidence-based core pathways across community services, as well as contributing to the inpatient team from this perspective.

Requirements

  • Recognised Physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent
  • HCPC Registered
  • Further relevant post qualifying training
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of providing Physiotherapy services
