Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services for the compliance department, ensuring all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Schedule jobs to engineers
* Call clients to book in jobs
* Complete Fire extinguisher certifications when needed
* Invoicing
* Assist in providing updates on reactive and compliance where necessary
* Minute taking
**Requirements:**
* Self-motivated with strong commercial and operational focus
* Leader with good management skills
* Adaptable and flexible
* Customer service orientation
* Good administration skills
