Stock Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of stock management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process orders for picking and dispatch with accuracy and efficiency
* Monitor internal stock movements to prevent discrepancies
* Coordinate orders with customers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery
* Manage returned and damaged stock to minimize losses
* Perform daily system checks to maintain data integrity
* Order picking and checking to ensure accuracy
* Manage SalesForce customer query system to provide excellent customer service
* Conduct Perpetual Inventory and reconcile any resulting stock discrepancies
* Effectively communicate issues with internal departments and external customers
* Utilize SAP LES systems to streamline stock management processes

**Requirements**

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
* Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Outlook
